Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what we do with it. Written to be read, not to bury you.
What we collect
When you submit the brief request or application form, we collect what you type into it: your name, work email, company website and the business context you choose to share (category, competitors, goals, budget range). We also record the time of submission and the submitting IP address, which we use for spam and abuse prevention.
Alongside the form, we record how you arrived: the page you landed on, the referring site if your browser passed one, any campaign tags in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and the time of that first visit, plus the same details for the visit in which you submitted. When you submit a form, those attribution fields are attached to your submission so we can understand which channels produce qualified inquiries.
How it's used
Form submissions are used for exactly one purpose: evaluating and responding to your request. Your details are delivered to us by email and stored securely so a technical failure can't lose your request. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
If you contact us or submit a form, we will reply by email. We don't add you to a newsletter or automated sequence you didn't ask for.
Browser storage, cookies and analytics
To remember how you first arrived, the site keeps a small record in your browser's local storage (the landing page, referrer, campaign tags and a timestamp) and a matching record in session storage for the current visit. Nothing in it identifies you until you choose to submit a form, at which point it is sent with your submission. You can clear it at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used: pages viewed, the source of the visit and whether a brief request or application was started and completed. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data under Google's terms; we do not use it for advertising and we do not send it the contents of your form. Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, user agent) for security and operations.
Third-party services
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting font files from Google's servers. Form deliveries may transit a transactional email provider acting as our processor.
Retention and removal
We keep submissions for as long as they're relevant to a current or potential engagement. If you want the information you submitted corrected or deleted, email us and we'll do it.
