HIGH SALIENCE / WORK
Case Files.
Every engagement gets documented the same way: the verdict and the commercial stake first, the evidence second, the interventions and their measured effect third. Files publish here as clients approve disclosure, and none will be invented in the meantime.
How we'd attack a B2B software category.
A worked, illustrative teardown of the process: the map, the four gaps it typically exposes and the intervention order we'd choose. Labeled as an example because that's what it is.
In documentation.
Case files are published once an engagement produces verified numbers and the client approves disclosure. Where a client can't be named, the category, the mechanism and the measured outcome still can. No file appears here before that bar is met.
If you want to see how we'd read your category before anything else, start with the brief.
How to read our numbers
Every metric is attributed. Every claim has a method.
Visibility percentages are measured against a defined commercial query set, not sitewide traffic. AI recommendation figures name the surfaces and the date range they were sampled on. When a number can't be verified, we don't publish it.
