How ChatGPT Recommends QuickBooks

Across 100 accounting software questions, QuickBooks appeared in 75 answers (rank 1 of every brand named) and was recommended in 58 (rank 1). That is a recommendation rate of 77% of its appearances, above the 8-brand median of 69% for brands named 10 or more times.

When ChatGPT recommended QuickBooks, it listed it first among its recommendations in 42 of 58 answers. On the 20 direct advice questions ("which should I use"), it was one of the picks 15 times.

Google check: for 37 of the 58 questions where ChatGPT recommended QuickBooks, intuit.com also ranked in Google's top ten organic results for the same question. So its Google rankings and its ChatGPT recommendations mostly overlap.

intuit.com was the most-cited source in the answers that recommended QuickBooks, so its own pages are doing real work in shaping how it is described.
